After School Program

The after school curriculum includes asset building concepts that help students learn about and adopt resources in our environment that support, nurture and empower their ability to set boundaries and expectations. Students acquire skills that enhance their social competencies, academic stability and strengthen their ability to practice goal setting and constructive use of time. Students are expected to demonstrate a commitment to learning and create a sense of purpose and personal power that will sustain their view of a positive future.
As a means of accomplishing our goals, continuous care is provided to after school participants including tutorial assistance in order to help them successfully perform their classroom homework and hands on practical strategies for overcoming deficits that may prohibit their success.

The After School Program sessions are conducted Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm until 6:00 pm during the school year, and 6:00 am until 6:00 pm on days students are out of school.
